How Our Service Works
We provide supervised contact in a contact centre, with sessions available in Colchester and Dovercourt, including weekends.
Following referral, appropriate risk assessments, safeguarding checks and arrangements are completed before contact begins. This process ensures sessions are planned safely and inline with professional expectations.
Where suitable and agreed, we may also offer supervised or supported contact in community venues, for example where a contact centre is not required or where this better meets the needs of the family.
